Jon Wiest is the founder of Groundswell, a global ministry mobilizing a growing wave of disciple makers and pioneering leaders to plant hundreds and thousands of churches. He has had the privilege of planting two churches in Dallas, TX and Des Moines, IA and currently resides in Indianapolis, IN with his wife Katie and their four beautiful girls. Jon is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Church Planting from Asbury Theological Seminary.

Mike Hilson is the Lead Pastor at New Life Church in La Plata, Maryland. Mike grew up in North Carolina where he met his wife, Tina. They moved to La Plata in 1999 to pastor New Life Church, which has grown from a congregation of less than 100 attendees into several churches and video venues. The New Life Network of Churches now averages more than 5,000 in attendance across Maryland and Virginia.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, Jervie Windom honorably served 24 years in the United States Army.

After the destruction caused by Hurricane Harvey, Jervie returned to his home in Galveston County, Texas, to assist with recovery efforts for those impacted by the storm. It was then, Jervie received a heart for planting churches in Greater Houston to inspire communities to fall in love with Jesus “one heart at a time.” RESONATE CHURCH is Jervie’s fourth church plant spanning over 20 years of ministry.

Dwight has spent the last 15 years helping church planters to fulfill their God-given dream of planting a church. His doctorate and dissertation in church planting included the creation of a virtual residency that has been implemented and used in many venues over the last eight years. With over 50 church planters helped so far, his “well-done” in life is to play a part in starting 1000 Churches over the next 10 years nationally and internationally.

Curtis Hunnicutt is the Leadership Development Pastor at New Life Church in La Plata, Maryland, Founder of The Release Coaching Company and author of The Millennial Manifesto. Curtis, his wife Mathilda and their daughter Olivia are currently traveling around the US in a 5th wheel planting house churches and working with pastors to help them effectively reach their communities. He is also 6’7.
